At Flexus Massage & Stretch Therapy, we take an anatomy-informed approach to recovery and movement. Located inside Bija Yoga & Wellness in Orem, Utah, we specialize in therapeutic massage, assisted stretch therapy, myofascial work, mobility-focused recovery, and restorative bodywork designed to create lasting results.

    Joe’s incredibly good. I’m 65 and He’s been working on me for a little over a year and I’m able to do things physically now that I haven’t been able to do for several years. Only since working with Joe have I been able to comfortably play 18 holes of golf in probably 10 years. In my case I feel like his sessions are stalling my aging process.
